Accommodation
We currently have 5 fully furnished beds available in a shared house in Oswestry, which has 3 bathroom facilities, shared kitchen and communal lounge/dining/TV room.
We are in the process of developing a further two self contained one bedroom Flats, which we hope to be available in the coming months.
We work closely with Shropshire Local Authority and other professional bodies to ensure these vacancies are filled by those most in need.
Tailored Support Services
We have a dedicated team of Support Workers who offer a range of support services to all residents. Support Plans are developed at the start of their residency with us, ensuring all individual needs are met.
This plan is then reviewed regularly throughout their time with us, ensuring our support and services adapt to their changing and diverse needs.
Landlords
By working with other Landlords, we are able to increase the support we offer to vulnerable tenants. Leasing properties from Landlords means we can do more. Offering guaranteed
rents, on 3-5 year Leases, with the additional benefits of:
- Regular property maintenance
- We manage the tenants
- Long term Lease Agreements
- We complete general maintenance and caretaking
