Foundation Homes and Support – CIC was founded by Felicity Davies, Director in 2024. Felicity has almost 20 years experience working as a Probation Officer and had experienced the difficulties faced by the people she worked with when they tried to secure accommodation post release, or at times in their lives when they were facing homelessness. Having a criminal record restricted their options, however, Felicity recognised the importance of having a secure, safe place to call home, as well as tailored support, as being a primary factor in reducing re-offending rates. 

Felicity’s mother is also registered disabled, having lived with Multiple Sclerosis for 25 years. Again, Felicity saw the difficulties faced by her parents when trying to secure suitable housing, adapted to meet her mother’s needs. Felicity also has personal experience of living with care experienced children. 

Due to the daily frustrations faced by having limited supported accommodation providers in Shropshire who are willing to work with various vulnerable children and adult groups, Felicity decided to create Foundation Homes & Support – CIC, with the aim of filling the identified gaps in housing and support services. 

Felicity has a reliable, trustworthy and committed team supporting her, ensuring our highest standards are met in terms of accommodation, maintenance, management and support services.
